Role Overview

This role is available for one of our products in marketing/fintech space.

We’re looking for a hands-on outbound sales operator to open doors, run conversations, and bring the first wave of business partners onboard.

What you’ll own (first phase)

• Outbound prospecting: identify and qualify target businesses (starting with restaurants, bars, and hospitality)
• Direct outreach: craft high-quality outreach across email + LinkedIn + phone follow-ups
• Sales calls & meetings: lead discovery calls, present value clearly, handle objections, and move deals forward
• Pipeline discipline: keep the funnel clean (leads → meetings → pilots/partners), with structured follow-ups
• Closing & onboarding handoff: turn interest into committed partners, with clear next steps
• Market feedback loop: capture objections, pricing signals, and positioning insights and feed them back to the team

We’re looking for someone who…

• Is a true operator: proactive, consistent, and outcome-driven
• Has experience in B2B outbound sales / partnerships / business development
• Can sell credibly to business owners and managers (hospitality first; broader sectors later)
• Communicates with a premium, trustworthy tone and represents the brand well
• Thrives in a fast-paced startup atmosphere, maintaining focus and high-quality output during rapid growth
• Excellent English is essential, Fluent Slovenian is required for Slovenian market (additional languages are a plus)
• Bonus: experience with B2C and selling SaaS / fintech / martech or building partner pipelines from scratch

Role Overview

We are looking for a Full‑Stack Developer to join our remote/office team. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining web applications across the full technology stack. This role requires strong technical expertise, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in an online environment.

Specialization in front-end or back-end development is possible, but a general understanding of technology and the ability to perform at least basic tasks across the entire project stack are important.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain full‑stack web applications
• Build scalable backend services and APIs
• Develop responsive and user‑friendly frontend interfaces
• Collaborate with designers, product owners, and other developers
• Write clean, maintainable, and well‑documented code
• Optimize applications for performance, security, and scalability
• Participate in code reviews and technical discussions

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as a Full‑Stack Developer
• Strong knowledge of PHP, JavaScript, HTML, CSS
• Experience with modern frontend frameworks (e.g. React)
• Backend experience (PHP, Node.js, Python)
• Familiarity with APIs development and database design (SQL and NoSQL)
• Experience with modern development workflows
• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively in a remote setting

Nice to Have

• Experience with Linux – Debian based
• Familiar with C++
• Knowledge of Docker or containerized environments
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines
• Experience working in startup R&D environments

Responsibilities:

Development of an automatic traffic analysis system, in particular a web application for it, and its integration with other systems. Work for a foreign company. The tasks will include the development of:

• User interface web-pages
• Web UI API
• API services for integration with external devices
• APIs and services for exchanging data with external applications
  internal application services

Requirements:

Full Stack. Specialization in front-end or back-end development is possible, but a general understanding of technology and the ability to perform at least basic tasks across the entire project stack are important.

• At least 3 years of experience as a developer
• Experience writing code on .net core, asp.net core, C#
• Experience writing code in JavaScript, TypeScript (preferably Angular)
• Experience working with EF or writing SQL queries, experience in query optimization
• The ability to understand someone else’s code, optimize the code and find errors

Not necessarily, but it would be a plus if it was:

• Participation in the development of an Enterprise Web application
• Project participation or knowledge of cloud application architecture
• Experience in developing scalable cloud application architecture
• Participation in the development and knowledge of the architecture of IoT applications
• Experience in hosting applications on classic Cloud environments (for example, AWS)

• A willingness to learn new technologies and tools
• Knowledge of design principles, materials, manufacturing processes and ergonomics
• A bachelor’s degree in industrial design or a related field is desirable
